Alison has spent years helping clients find the perfect home while ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the entire journey. She is an expert in all areas of the Phoenix Valley and offers valuable insight into neighborhoods, communities, and market trends across the region.

Having personally moved 28 times and lived throughout the Phoenix metro area, Alison understands firsthand the challenges and emotions that come with relocating. These experiences have given her a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to helping clients identify the right home and location for their lifestyle. In addition, she has owned 15 investment and second homes, providing her with extensive experience in real estate from both a homeowner and investor’s point of view.

Alison currently owns a second home in Flagstaff and is also an active agent in the area, helping clients find mountain retreats, second homes, and investment opportunities in Northern Arizona.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which she uses every day in her work with clients. Her ability to listen carefully, understand individual needs, and navigate negotiations thoughtfully helps make the process smoother for everyone involved—including the occasional spouse with a different vision.

Known for being a strong advocate for her clients, Alison works hard to ensure they receive the best possible deal, using her experience and negotiation skills to protect their interests. She also provides clients with access to a trusted network of inspectors, contractors, and industry professionals, helping make the entire transaction as seamless as possible.

Alison has been recognized as a multiple-time President’s Circle award recipient at her brokerage, reflecting both her dedication to her clients and her success in the industry.

Her brand, Happy Ali Real Estate, reflects her philosophy that while real estate transactions can sometimes feel stressful, the experience should still be positive and even enjoyable. Alison is known for bringing energy, optimism, and a little “happy” to every step of the process while consistently going above and beyond what is typically expected of a real estate professional.

Outside of real estate, Alison has been married for 24 years and is the proud mother of five children, including two who were adopted. Family is at the center of everything she does and has given her a deep appreciation for the importance of finding the right place to call home.

When she isn’t working with clients, Alison enjoys spending time outdoors wake surfing, snow skiing in Northern Arizona, and hiking throughout the beautiful landscapes Arizona has to offer. She is also actively involved in her church and values being part of a strong and supportive community.
