In April 2009, while Phoenix was still reeling from the market crash, Good Oak (GO) opened its doors in a small suite near downtown Gilbert. Founded on the principles of integrity, collaboration and contribution, GO has not only survived but thrived in one of the most challenging real estate markets in the country.
