In the almost 20 years since my family moved to Arizona, enormous changes have taken place throughout the entire Valley. Where farmland, desert and pastures once stretched far and wide; now sits homes, businesses, entertainment, recreational centers and commercial/industrial parks catering to a vast amount of interests. Staying continuously abreast of the economic changes, current market trends and home values allows me to provide an incomparable level of service.
I obtained my Real Estate license not long after our move. Being a mom of a preschooler at the time; navigating our new State and home could have been challenging but through the enormous outreach of new friendships and a fantastic community we easily fell in love with Arizona!!
In my previous life, I had a successful career working for Fortune 500 companies in the Credit/Finance field - holding positions ultimately in the Executive management levels. Negotiating large scale contracts and creating a winning financial solution in my former Corporate roles, provides me the skills to give my Clients the best representation. Having held a Loan Officer license during my years in Real Estate gives my Clients’ the extra help to understand the financing options provided by your chosen Lender. Managing large staffs, departments and business projects gives me the invaluable experience in managing the numerous complex steps, contractors and service providers from the start of the contract to the successful closing.
