I am thrilled to announce that I have just joined the Northern AZ Association of Realtors. What does this mean for you? I can represent you buying and selling homes in the Flagstaff area. Do you love to ski, hike, golf or just get out of the heat in the Valley in the summer ? I have owned a home there since 2011 and would love to talk to you more about all the wonderful things the Flagstaff lifestyle includes. My passion for real estate has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of buyers, sellers and investors since 2002. I thrive on the challenge to find buyers just the right home and get the best price for my sellers while making it a smooth transaction. My fantastic transaction team of Crystal Ingstrum and Andrea Phelps helps that happen, to make an excellent experience for my clients. Integrity and Results! I am a graduate of ASU’s WP Carey school of business with a degree in finance and a background in the scientific laboratory sales industry prior to entering the real estate business. With extensive market knowledge and analytical skills I am well suited to guide you through the often complex transaction. I earned my CNE designation (Certified Negotiation Expert) that has honed my negotiation abilities. When I am not working I love the outdoors, beaches and mountains, yoga, mountain biking , hiking and snow sports. An admitted Foodie, I love to try new recipes and dining experiences. My other passion is dogs and I have been “owned” by 3 Akita and a Shiba Inu. My Akitas have been registered therapy dogs, and my current girl, Kona, visits home bound folks, stressed out students and young people through CPS. It is a blessing to be able to bring a little bit of joy to people with a four legged therapist. I also enjoy my women’s group at Sun Valley community church and opportunities to serve the community with them, as well as learn and grow in my faith.
