Lindsay Marsh

Lindsay’s goal is to make every client a client for life. As a third generation REALTOR® with an additional 15 years of experience in the HOA world, she has extensive knowledge of the greater Phoenix area and has seen the ups and downs of the market. Lindsay acts as an advocate for her clients and takes the trust they place in her very seriously. Clients receive added value at every turn, and strong negotiating skills deliver better outcomes on both sides of the table.

For buyers, Lindsay listens to what is important to them and has the experience to know which neighborhoods and home features will meet their lifestyle and needs. For sellers, she takes an individual approach. Knowing that each home has special aspects that will appeal to its ideal buyer. Lindsay specializes in all facets of real estate whether it be navigating the way for first time homebuyers, trying to find the perfect fixer-upper, or looking for a luxury dream home, she knows and has experience in it all.

In Lindsay’s free time she enjoys spending time at home with her husband and three sons. Lindsay is also active in the Epilepsy and Autism community; helping special kids brings a smile to her face.
