Our business is about more than just selling homes. A portion of the revenue generated from every home sold goes directly back into the communities we love and support. During the home buying or selling process, our clients are asked to choose a charitable organization so that we may donate on their behalf at the end of the transaction. Susan Buonsante and Sherry Jensen go way back . . . to the days of big hair and awesome music. The 1980s! Their friendship began in high school, in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Family and careers eventually took them in different directions. Susan moved to Denver, where she established a successful real estate business. Sherry landed in the Phoenix area where she turned her love for helping others into a rewarding career as a registered nurse working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Twenty-five years later, Susan decided to ditch the snow blower and shovels and relocate to Phoenix to expand her real estate business. She holds dual broker licenses in the states of Colorado and Arizona. Having an agent in your corner that understands market conditions and trends, the art of negotiation and the ability to structure deals that get done, is paramount during the complicated home buying or selling process. Susan has been involved in real estate for over sixteen years, first as an investor, and then as a licensed agent since 2003. Meanwhile, back in Phoenix after a dozen years of twelve-hour shifts, Sherry was growing more and more tired of the physical demands of nursing. She started searching for something new...enter Susan. The two friends reunited, picking up right where they left off. Even though Sherry loves caring for the little ones and their families, she decided to join Susan in the real estate world. Sherry’s nursing background has afforded her many opportunities to transfer her unique and valuable skills. Her ability to harness both her love of helping others and navigate tough situations makes her an incredible asset to her clients. Sherry’s dedication to her clients and her gift for tackling the intricate details of a real estate transaction are truly remarkable.
